MSC Cruises Reveals Top 10 Must-Try Summer Cocktails for 2024
Many cruisers enjoy celebrating their vacations by raising a glass of their favorite cocktail while enjoying moments such as setting sail, watching an ocean sunset, seeing a top-tier show, or lounging by the pool.
But what are those favorite drinks? MSC Cruises has revealed the most popular drinks onboard their fleet of 22 ships, including two brand-new featured cocktails that have been introduced.
The first of the new drinks is the โJasmine & Rose G&T,โ a refreshing gin and tonic with Bloom pink gin, real rose petals, and jasmine flowers. Itโs garnished with dehydrated grapefruit and fresh rosemary, giving it a sophisticated floral sweetness.
The second new drink is the โSkinny Lemongrass & Ginger G&T,โ which combines Whitley Neill lemongrass and ginger gin with Fever-Tree aromatic tonic, fresh lime juice, and honey syrup. Itโs garnished with dehydrated lemon and fresh ginger for an elegant summer touch.
In addition to these new cocktails, MSC Cruisesโ list of popular drinks includes two other gin and tonic options. The โElderflower GTโ mixes BUSS Nยฐ509 Elderflower Gin with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic, dehydrated orange peel, cinnamon stick, and cloves for a deep, flavorful experience.
For those who prefer non-alcoholic options, the โPassion Fruit 0.0 GTโ features BUSS Nยฐ509 passion fruit 0.0 gin, passion fruit puree, lemon juice, and Fever-Tree light tonic, finished with dehydrated lemon, passion fruit, and coriander seeds for an added flavor burst.
Classic cocktails remain popular too. MSCโs skilled bartenders are ready to prepare an Aperol Spritz, margarita, pina colada, strawberry daiquiri, or mojito for guests.
Onboard each MSC ship, different themed bars offer unique variations on classic cocktails, including many alcohol-free options, ensuring thereโs something for everyone to enjoy.
