Virgin Voyages has kicked off an exciting summer campaign called “Seas the Ride” in collaboration with the indoor cycling company, SoulCycle. This marks the first-time partnership between these energetic and innovative brands.

From July 15 through September 4, 2024, “Seas the Ride” will offer special themed SoulCycle rides. Participants at SoulCycle’s 61 studios have the opportunity to join the summer challenge and ride for a chance to win an exclusive adults-only cruise on Virgin Voyages.

Participants who ride between July 15 and September 4 will be entered into the sweepstakes. One lucky rider from each studio will be randomly selected to win, and the prize includes accommodations for the winner and a guest. Winners must be 18 or older and reside in the U.S. or the U.K.

The campaign will also bring the vibrant Virgin Voyages experience to 15 selected SoulCycle studios with red lighting, lively music, and appearances by Virgin’s Happenings Cast.

Each themed ride will feature summer-inspired refreshments and other goodies mirroring the culinary delights available on Virgin ships.

Guests embarking on the Valiant Lady’s roundtrip cruise from Miami to Grand Turk starting July 19 can also enjoy multiple energetic rides led by Virgin’s SoulCycle trainer, Isaiah Alexander, in the ship’s B-Complex spin studio. Both morning and afternoon cycling classes will be available.

SoulCycle enthusiasts can start clipping in with Virgin in New York starting this Saturday. Special rides will take place at The Barn in Bridgehampton on July 20, and in New York City at Tribeca, NoHo, and Bronxville on July 23, 25, and 27, respectively.

Additional rides are planned for California locations, including West Hollywood on July 25, Palo Alto on August 17, Union Street in San Francisco on August 22, and Pasadena on August 29.

Other sessions will occur in Chicago’s Old Town on August 1, River Oaks in Houston on August 3, Seaport in Boston on August 8, Buckhead in Atlanta on August 10, Seattle on August 31, and Coral Gables and Brickell in Miami on August 24 and 30, respectively.

Sir Richard Branson, the founder of Virgin Group, known for his surprise appearances, might make an appearance in the Hamptons for the launch of “Seas the Ride.”

Virgin Voyages, an inclusive adults-only cruise line, boasts a variety of wellness facilities on its ships, particularly in the B-Complex area.

B-Complex, equipped with the latest Technogym equipment and floor-to-ceiling windows, is divided into two main sections. One offers a multipurpose fitness studio with various classes, including Bungee and BARRE, and a cycling studio providing complimentary spin classes.

For those preferring private workouts, Training Camp provides a Fitness on Demand app available to passengers.

The ship also features a 255-meter jogging track ideal for running and walking while enjoying the scenic views.

The SoulCycle program will be exclusive to Valiant Lady, but Virgin Voyages operates a fleet of four ships built at the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy. This includes Resilient Lady, Scarlet Lady, and Brilliant Lady. Each ship weighs 110,000 gross tons and can host just under 2,800 passengers and 1,160 crew members.
