“We’re so pleased to offer Crystal guests our new wellness retreats at sea, expertly curated in collaboration with some of the best in the health and wellness industry,” said Dalila Roglieri, Crystal’s head nutritionist.

She added, “It is important that our offerings align with discerning travelers’ evolving tastes and needs, as wellness is at the forefront of so many of our guests’ lives. These voyages will continue to shape a new era of exceptional experiences for Crystal.”

The wellness cruises are crafted to appeal to health-conscious travelers through a variety of specialized activities and sessions. Run by A&K Travel Group under Abercrombie & Kent leadership, these cruises will feature fitness options such as strength and mobility training, spinning, posture workouts, aerobics, and walking sessions.

Additionally, guests can enjoy golf instruction, pickleball clinics, and dance classes, including Rumba, Salsa, Merengue, and Tango.

Every day, participants will have the opportunity to join yoga routines and attend lectures from esteemed speakers in the health and wellness sector. Brain exercise programs like bridge classes and painting lessons will also be available to engage and relax the mind.

Dining is a central aspect of the Crystal Symphony. Collaborating with Michelin-star Master Chef Nobuyuki, Crystal’s culinary team, and Dalila Roglieri, menus will feature whole, plant-based dishes and daily meal plans focusing on fat mass reduction.

Guests will also have access to in-suite herbal teas and vegetable smoothies designed for intermittent fasting and detox days.

The cruises will include a variety of excursions such as hikes, nature walks, cooking classes, and farm-to-table experiences, offering further immersion into wellness practices.

Additionally, the ship’s Aurora Spa will provide tailored beauty and health services, including acupuncture, aromatherapy, aqua meditation, and cryo-facials.

Expert-Led Sessions

The wellness retreats will feature an impressive lineup of guest speakers, including Dalila Roglieri, a registered nutritionist specializing in dietetics, clinical, and sports nutrition. Collaborating with major food brands like Kellogg, Danone, and Yakult, Roglieri designs nutritious and appealing menus for a global audience.
