American Cruise Lines upgrades loyalty program for repeat guests
Enhanced Eagle Society Loyalty Program adds even more benefits.
Everyone loves perks and no one loves them more it seems, than loyal cruise passengers. While some cruise lines are cutting back on the rewards that are given to frequent guests, American Cruise Lines has added more bang to their passengers’ bucks.
Named The Eagle Society, this loyalty program goes above and beyond being generous with personalized recognition as well as some pretty cool perks.
Complete only ten cruises with American Cruise Lines and you’ll get a complimentary cruise! Only three cruises under your belt? Not too shabby a reward, you’ll get your shore excursion fees waived beginning with your fourth cruise.
Onboard giftsย include customized officers jackets, champagne and personalized luggage tags and name tags that show the amount of cruises you’ve taken American Cruise Lines.
Get invited to exclusive past-passenger cruises hosted by company execs and offer special tours and onboard get-togethers. If one of their ships happens to port near an Eagle Society member’s hometown, an invitation is sent for a lunch or dinner onboard the ship. You can also bring non-guest friends or family onboard for a tour or a meal,ย when the ship is in port.
โAs far as we can tell, American Cruise Lines has the highest repeat customer rate in the industry,โ said Timothy Beebe, Vice President, American Cruise Lines. โWe want to reward our repeat guests for their loyalty with benefits that create the most memorable and enjoyable cruise experience possible, and one which gets better with each cruise they take.โ
