Princess Cruise Cancellations Extended Through Summer and Fall
Just announced, Princess Cruises has added to their list of cruise cancellations for summer and into mid-fall this year.
Princess cruise cancellations are global and extend from Alaska and Canada / New England cruises to transatlantic crossings and transpacific voyages.
While not actually referring to the current pandemic as the reason, Princess Cruises lists limited air transportation and ports around the world being closed to cruise ships.
Princess Cruises Cancellations from North America
Of the remaining ships for Alaska cruises, all Emerald Princess and Ruby Princess cruises have been canceled. For what was left with Europe and transatlantic cruises, add cancellations for Crown Princess, Enchanted Princess, Island Princess, Regal Princess and Sky Princess.
If a Caribbean cruise this summer with Princess was in your plans, they’ve canceled all summer Caribbean cruises on Caribbean Princess and Sky Princess. This includes all Canada and New England sailings as well. With Canada closing their ports to cruise ships through October 31, 2020, these sailings were automatically ruled out of the picture.

Canceled Cruises for Asia and Pacific Region
All departures from Japan aboard Diamond Princess are canceled from summer through fall this year. Cruises from Australia aboard Sapphire Princess and Sea Princess are gone through August 31, 2020. Majestic Princess departures from Taiwan as well as cruises to Hawaii and French Polynesia on Pacific Princess are scrubbed through November.
Princess cruises explained that due to the huge amount of refund requests, they are manually processing each individual booking for accuracy. The cruise line asks for patience while waiting for your refund or future cruise credit reservation.
