Carnival Repositions Three More Ships in 2018
Get ready for a 2018 ship shuffle as Carnival sends three of its newest and largest ships to new homeports next year.
Ports include Galveston, Texas, Port Canaveral, Fla., and Miami. Carnival Vista will move to Galveston in September 2018; Carnival Breeze will reposition to Port Canaveral; and Carnival Magic will shift to Miami.
Double your fun on back-to-back cruises on Carnival Vista from Galveston
Beginning Sept. 23, 2018, Carnival’s newest 2016 Carnival Vista, will begin sailing two different seven-day western Caribbean itineraries departing on Sundays. The first itinerary includes Montego Bay, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. The second itinerary visits to Mahogany Bay (Isla Roatan), Belize, and Cozumel.
Also cruising year-round from Galveston is the Carnival Freedom and Carnival Valor.
Welcome to Florida’s Space Coast
This port just keeps on getting better and better. Beginning Sept. 2018, Carnival Breeze will offer seven-day cruises year-round from Port Canaveral.
There will be a one-time six-day cruise departing from Port Canaveral on Sept. 30 heading for Nassau, their private beach Amber Cove in the Dominican Republic and Grand Turk.
Oct. 6 will be the kick off for year-round eastern and western Caribbean cruises. The cruises will depart every Saturday with eastern Caribbean itineraries calling at Amber Cove, St. Thomas, San Juan, and Grand Turk. Western Caribbean voyages will visit Cozumel, Belize, Mahogany Bay and Costa Maya.
Longer Length Carnival Journeys Cruises on Carnival Breeze
Carnival Breeze has added two longer Carnival Journeys cruises. On Sept. 16, 2018, when the ship repositions from Galveston to Port Canaveral, it will cruise a 14-day Carnival Journeys cruise calling at Grand Cayman, Aruba, Curaçao, Grenada, Barbados, Dominica and St. Maarten.
Another 14-day Carnival Journeys cruise round-trip from Port Canaveral is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 3-17, 2018, with visits to eight Caribbean destinations including St. Thomas, Antigua, St. Lucia, Grenada, Barbados, St. Maarten, Tortola, and San Juan.
Carnival Breeze will be the newest and largest Carnival ship to sail from Port Canaveral. Also cruising year-round from Port Canaveral is Carnival Sunshine and Carnival Liberty.
Carnival Magic heads to Miami
Carnival Magic will cruise year-round from PortMiami alternating seven-day eastern and western Caribbean itineraries. The ship will depart on Sundays beginning Sept. 30, 2018. Eastern Caribbean cruises will visit Amber Cove, St. Thomas, San Juan and Grand Turk. Western Caribbean cruises will feature Grand Cayman, Mahogany Bay, Belize and Cozumel.
On Dec. 23, 2018, Carnival Magic will also offer a special seven-day Cozumel Plus holiday cruise calling at Cozumel, Belize, Mahogany Bay and Grand Cayman.
