AmaWaterways Chef’s Table Gets a New, Enhanced Menu
AmaWaterways Chef’s Table restaurant features a gourmet tasting menu.
While the original AmaWaterways Chef’s Table Restaurant classic menu received rave reviews, there’s now a newly enhanced menu. The new elaborate tasting menu features three appetizers, a champagne sorbet intermezzo, three main courses and three decadent desserts.
In the 28-seat Chef’s Table Restaurant, guests are entertained as chefs creatively prepare their dinners in the glass-enclosed demonstration galley.
A hand-selected regional wine is paired with each course. The new tasting course menu might include main courses of Cod Fillet with Beurre Blanc and Crayfish Cake, served along with Blanquette de veau charolais with saffron and a side dish of Porcini Ravioli with Truffle Mousseline and fresh asparagus.
“In collaboration with our executive chef, Primus Perchtold, we have created a truly distinctive, intimate experience in the Chef’s Table. Our new tasting menu gives travelers the variety and choices we know they are seeking and, we believe, the very best cuisine available on the river.”
The Chef’s Table specialty dining experience is complimentary for every guest. Additional dining options include the main dining room with open seating, light breakfast and lunch in the main lounge, a selection of tapas in between lunch and dinner plus complimentary, unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks with lunch and dinner. There’s also sparkling wine available with breakfast.
