Except for a one-time three- and a four-night sailing aboard the Celebrity Silhouette in January, 2017, the only short cruise option from Ft. Lauderdale this winter is Royal Caribbean. That will change when Celebrity returns with two new itineraries in 2018 aboard Celebrity Summit.

Celebrity will offer a four-night and a five-night sailing from Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., onboard Celebrity Summit and include visits to the popular ports of Key West, Fla.; Nassau, Bahamas; and Cozumel, Mexico:

Four-night cruise

The four-night sailing will visit Nassau, spend a day at sea and then onto the next day in Key West. The ship returns to Ft. Lauderdale at dawn on Monday morning. Celebrity Summit four-night cruise departs on Thursday March 29, 2018.

Five-night cruise

Celebrity Summit five-night sailing will have two sea days and then a day in Cozumel, Mexico. The it’s on to Key West and return to Ft. Lauderdale on a Thursday. Departure is March 24, 2018

Longer cruise option

Celebrity Summit will also offer two seven-night repositioning sailings from San Juan to Ft. Lauderdale, and a return sailing from Ft. Lauderdale to San Juan. Ports include Aruba, Curacao and St. Maarten.

Following the Ft. Lauderdale season, Celebrity Summit will return to its original homeport of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Celebrity’s new shorter cruises for 2018 are available for booking now.
